IPOQ: How do I add Qand A?
I've followed the directions that the chatbot gives but it seems that there is a step missing. Do I have to retrain the bot every time I add a Q&A? If so it uses up a ton of credits.
Also, is support available? I've emailed concerning issues but no one has responded yet.

May 14, 2024A: You have to retrain the chatbot after adding more Q&A's. Retrainings don't use any credits.

Well, I had 3 million credits before the retrain and now I have 800k. It definitely used up the credits to retrain on the same links I had already done. So adding 2 Q&A retrained it all over again. So now I wasted all these credits

Retrainings do not cost any credits. The only limit is the number of characters that your chatbot is trained on.
You can retrain it multiple times as long as the character count at any time is less than the limit.
