Q: How do I use GPT-4 with tier 2 if I do not have access to GPT-4 API (on waitlist).

Not sure what you are trying to say.
Other non-AppSumo users can use GPT-4 with a credit based system, without personal API account. You may find this in the Pricing FAQs section. But such option is not available to AppSumo accounts. And where is the "answer" that you were referring to?
