Q: I have been speaking with the team and they are refusing to upgrade our accounts to ChatGPT-4o which the "Standard" plan now has.
Hopefully my recent email to them will show them that this was part of the deal when we signed up.

It seems they have just ghosted me, and haven't replied to my emails about updating to 4o which is available to all Standard plan users, and, as per the terms of this deal, we should also have been updated to. Please feel free to reach out to support yourself, maybe with other users messaging them, they will do what they are contracted to do.
