utilize all the sources to upload information or only one source for each Bot? Additionally, what is the limit on the number of PDF files that can be uploaded to one Bot or what is the character limit for each Bot? Thank you

When creating a chatbot, it will have access to all the sources you upload to that particular chatbot. However, sources are not transferrable between separate chatbots.
We don't limit the number of PDF files you can upload, but there is a limit on the number of characters all of your data sources contain. This varies based on your plan.
