For the messaging limits, we can insert our API key, so I don't worry.
Is there any way to increase the character limit? The current plan seems odd, with 5,000 messages and 40 chatbots allowed, but only 6 million characters.
Are you planning to offer an option to increase the limit in the future for an additional payment?

What are the long-term plans? I believe many other similar Chatbots like this will emerge soon.
