I have installed this on several client sites now and I am impressed. Some clients gave me a "meh" response but others get the real potential with this.

I have tried using Dialogflow in the past to make chat work, and had unspectacular results. Other "ai chat" companies charge an arm and a leg to use their services. This is great pricing for an agency. I just wish there was a tier three (shut up and take my money)

I have been watching the dashboards and keeping track of the chat. I am genuinely floored how well the AI engine takes info from the website and uses it to craft unique responses. It sometimes pulls stuff from its ass, and says stuff that isn't 100% true, but if I hired a human to do this I would expect this plus a whole lot more errors. Chat GPT still has a problem with "hallucinating" responses and this sometimes makes into chat responses. Most of the time, the chatbot fails gracefully and states you need to contact a human. For the most part, it provides nuanced answers that I suspect are fooling people into believing its human based despite frequent announcements that this is AI.

The feature set is still somewhat limited, but I can appreciate the developer putting out solid features rather than rushing out crap. What is available now is more than enough to build a powerful chat engine. I like the roadmap the developer has put out, the feature I am looking for is the ability to automatically rescan a website at scheduled intervals. Most of the sites I work on have dynamic listings and I would love to see the AI engine be able to answer questions about new properties, events, etc.
