Horrible, miserable and misleading
People submitting positive reviews here have no idea what AI is. Anyway:
1. Zero support, zero answers
2. This guy CHARGES you on INPUT words when he has to pay a fraction of the OUTPUT. Laughably You believe the bot is being trained
3. Competitors do not charge on INPUT words
4. This guy talks about characters. He is going to make a lot on add one
5. All the bots that came to Appsumo blew up soon or later. I’ve been here for 13 years.
6. The hard questions on Appsumo have no answer
7. One can blow up $29, however I will not blow up $150.

1. Sorry, we are trying to go through all the questions and provide better support. We just added two members to the team to help with replying to the questions faster so it shouldn't be a problem moving forward.
2. Not sure what you mean I am charging on input words. This is a lifetime deal that you pay once to get 5000 message credits every month. And if you want to go over that limit you can put in your OpenAI API key and pay directly to them without Chatbase making any money so it is much cheaper for you.
3. Not sure what input words are. We just have a limit on the number of characters each of your chatbot has and every other company will do that since you cant have unlimited data in one chatbot. You can retrain your chatbot any number of times and you don't get charged.
4. We have to have a limit on the number of characters because it costs money on our end every month and this is a lifetime deal.
5. Not sure what that means.
6. We have now clarified all the questions about using GPT4 (you can use it on tier 2 with your own OpenAI API key if you have access to it)
7. Most of the customers are happy with their deal. We admit we didn't have the best support for questions asked here but hopefully it will get better this week.
