Isn't working correctly, no support
Sounds great in theory, but it's not working accurately. I wonder how many of the 5-taco reviews are actually ensuring that the chatbot is aware of all the data it's supposedly trained on / detected.
We loaded up a bunch of content, around 4M characters (short of the 6M character limit) and the chatbot consistently gets questions wrong or acts like it's not aware of some of the data that is loaded into it, even though it says it's "trained" on it. Has a lot of potential, but if you have a real business where you want to provide accurate answers to customers, it's pretty unusable in the current state.
We've also reached out to support a few times without any responses, which isn't encouraging.

May 9, 2024The hallucinations problem is a big problem in AI but we're adding features to fix it (Revise answers, editing the base prompt, etc...).
The chatbots will only get better from here as the base AI models get better and as more data are added into them and more answers are revised.
We had more interest than expected and we admit we didn't have good customer support but we are working on it. We added a few people to the team and they're now being trained to answer questions on AppSumo and support emails. We apologize for that.
