Q: GPT & Human hand off

Do you offer human hand off, if the AI doesn't think the information is helpful or doesn't think they can answer the question for the employee in slack (or where ever) the bot will notify a human to take over in slack (my use case).

Do you think you'll ever do byok open ai keys so we save money for you and have higher gpts.

A: We do not offer human hand off currently. This is on our roadmap. But won't be done in the short term.

A: Thanks for the interest. We do not support inputting your own GPT key currently. We have upgraded to use GPT 4o-mini as default, and may use 4o for some cases. Does that solve your concern?

1. You can upload files, connect data sources or add websites for crawling to train the chatbot.
2. The Collection UI has two tabs, "Question History" for the historical questions and answers, "Feedback" tab for the user feedback.
3. Can you share more details about the requirements? We are not optimized for generating email replies. The HubSpot Ticket feature can help...
