The Collection UI has two tabs, "Question History" for the historical questions and answers, "Feedback" tab for the user feedback. 3. Can you share more details about the requirements? We are not optimized for generating email replies. The HubSpot Ticket feature can help to generate the email reply for a ticket. 4. We integrate with HubSpot currently and plan to support more CRM platform. Sending email via CRM platform is not supported yet. A clarification: the HubSpot integration is not included in the plan. 5. We use Azure OpenAI. 6. You can customize the persona and negative response for a collection. For a chatbot, you can customize all messages in the chatbot, including logo, name, greeting message, etc.

Q: Hi, in Tier 2 can we have 40 different bots on 40 different sites?
Does every site gets it's own workspace? And why are messages so low? If I have 40 bots and only 1,000 messages per month - that means that every bot has 25 messages per month, that is barely 1 message per day. Please tell mi this is not right.

Not really. TinyTalk here on appsumo offers 200,000 messages on tier 7, tier 1 offers 15,000.
