Q: Hi, I use Telegram group and bots to host our customers community, another side I use monday.

com as CRM to handle customers, orders, forms and teamwork, I use Invisionpower as forum for ours differents group users.
Could you advise how can I take the advantage of this platform?
Cant the chatbot connect with Telegram bot? or Group? so customers can continue chat to us inside the Telegram world.
If customers can communicate to us throught Telegram, can that chatbot trained connecting with my monday.com board? there contains the knowledge with what chatbot reply to customers.
The chatbot can used to modify my board columns, or sheets and doc? example, customer confirm to orders some products, chatbot return that message content into the monday.com, in the specific column, or Update section of an Item.

A: Thanks for the interest!
1. For Invisionpower forum, currently we have no plan to support forum.
2. Telegram bot and Monday.com: we don't support them yet. We will add them to the roadmap and prioritize accordingly.
3. The chatbot can used to modify my board columns, or sheets and doc? This aligns with our long term vision. We are building the AI Agent to take these actions automatically.
Note: Monday.com and AI Agent will be a different service tier and would not be included in the current deal. We would love to hear more requirements from you. Could you please send us an email build@chatbees.ai to further discuss? Thanks!
