Hi, I am on max tier agency first AS deal + addon direct. Is there a change in the Agency plan ? I receive this message each time : " You're on a legacy plan — consider our new plans for more value."

Originally, ChatNode didn't include Live Chat. Not it includes but not in every tier. I mean, it's frustrating that a basic need it's limited this way, even more when the deal is off and you can't upgrade to get this basic feature.

Will there be any add-on to include for tiers 1 and 2?

I feel like I've invested in this when it was far from useful, and now that basic features are deployed I'm out of the game.

Tier 3. Or is this only a solo thing I need to do on my own?

Nice concept! On the website there is a feature mentioned 'Hand off the chat to a live agent'. I cannot see any settings or help articles referring to this however.

80 or 90) and even the most users in general maybe so I wanted to know why is this platform is better than these other SaaPs/SaaSs namely: Anwserly or GPT-Trainer. If my main goals are not primarily aimed at Agency Access but moreso convenience, easy of use, and something VERY easy to learn and implement with a Steve Jobs like USER INTERFACE and still get best or even better results for stuff that is not found on the internet in general (original content and support needs). Can you or anyone comment which or why this Chat Node is so much more popular? Can you (or anyone) advise even with just an opinion if that is all you have? Some say GPT-Trainer has the least amount of hallucinations, but all of that can be corrected with reinforced learning, so I am looking for the best UI experience, like a Mac os offers, something fun and intuitive without much expense monthly until after I have enough monthly income to work with to aply the API guys later a monthly amount to plug in the better APIs if that is possible as things progress in time. Can you (or someone) comment below on Answerly, this Chatnode AI, and GPT trainer benefits as far as beauty, results, ease of use, monthly cost if any, and what level I should keep if starting business from Zero and with only 2000 connections per month anticipated (in maximum use) for the next couple of years, eh? I am just really perplexed because these all looks really good but I can't keep them all unless I only keep the lowest tier of each, but that might not be a good choice, the choice to be master of none, right, instead of keeping more of one good thing? Please advise (anyone), as this SaaS has the most users and pull. My question is why if none of the above can be answered, but if you can answer much of the above as well then I will be much obliged. Now I started to ask the bot about the content in the PDF. Usually, I get the answer, "I do not have access to the PDF." Well, I literally uploaded it. So how can this be solved? The bot is very unstable and does not give correct or helpful answers at all. If I made a mistake or missed anything, let me know; otherwise, I guess the only solution is to ask for a refund. ... The PDF itself is in Arabic, but according to your information, that wouldn't be a problem, as I saw that you support Arabic as well. Also, in the second bot, I had two English PDFs uploaded. There, too, I get the same response: "I do not have access to the PDF," or "I am not able to answer questions on PDFs as I am not able to access it." How can this bot be trained better, according my pdf's? I mean, thats the only reason why i bought that deal.

You're allowing 10 chatbots for Plan 1. Does that mean each chatbot can be trained with different data? Or is it 10 avenues of accessing/querying the same data? Thanks.
