Thanks for the message! Just to clarify, as an AppSumo user, nothing changes for you. The free trial and move to a paid-only model only applies to old users on the free plan and new users.
In fact, we’ve also enabled the new Advanced Analytics: Daily Topics Summary feature for all Appsumo users.

Originally, ChatNode didn't include Live Chat. Not it includes but not in every tier. I mean, it's frustrating that a basic need it's limited this way, even more when the deal is off and you can't upgrade to get this basic feature.

I feel like I've invested in this when it was far from useful, and now that basic features are deployed I'm out of the game.
based on a support ticket it seems they have sold the company that started off with not needing external funds...so I doubt these new features will be honored especially if under new ownership. Pity, but reflects the types of concerns Noah has tried to address in the town hall message. I will wait until an alternative crops up and refund this.
