I'm starting a business to recruit technical talent and using the bots to interview and collect data from clients and candidates. The bots were very easy set up and very effective in my personal testing. One question is how I collect the chat data, ideally into some form of database like Notion or SQL so it's handy. In other words it's not a customer service app but more of a sophisticated form / questionnaire.

And, the reason I like this is that I'm not a programmer so I'm looking for en easy way to store, manipulate, and access the data.
