So, from a functionality stand-point, this product is AWESOME! Super easy to use, & work with. Where it falls short for me is that the Agency Plan (which I have ZERO issue paying for a LTD Upgrade) does NOT include ANY messages unless you integrate with ChatGPT, as opposed to, like with the other plans, putting a throttle on the messages you're allotted in the native platform, then once those are used up, it pulls from your ChatGPT API Key.

I'm not even as much concerned about "Unlimited Chatbots" - but the CUSTOM CNAME, which is absolutely essential to what I plan to use this platform for. Unfortunately, if you want a custom Cname you have 2 options...

1.) Pay for the Agency plan (which is super affordable) but you lose ALL of the free messages that would otherwise be provided by the native platform.

2.) You pay a monthly fee for something that literally costs ZERO dollars & ZERO cents being the cname aside from whatever the providers hosting fees are (I know, I offer hosting to my clients)

Again, even if we had a limit on the native platform messages like we have in this LTD for the Agency model, I would have rated this with 5 tacos, but unfortunately, that's simply not the case right now.
