I bought ChatPlayground in October 2024 and have been using it, but today, I see that all of my prompts—the ones that came with the platform and even those I created—are gone. Please advise.

When chatting with chatgpt 4o , when asked, it says version 3.5 is used. When chatting with o1 preview , It says it is actually using legacy chatgpt 4, not even the 4o iteration. Also claude does not seem to use the latest 3.5 sonnet model. You can easily test with chatgpt 01 preview, asking how many "r" are present in the word "strawberry" it will answer 2. Can someone explain this? Im thinking on asking a refund
