Insane that I have to come here to appsumo for q/a. Add some support forum, help area, or email updates...Out of 80 products I have bought on appsumo this product is the ONLY one with no support page/forum/discord/email/updates literally nothing. Great product, 10/10 -10/10 support

They do have support email and support is quite responsive but it is not easy to find. support@chatplayground.ai

Thats fine, but at a minimum sending an email when theres a major outage like this would take you 30 seconds, you could even write it with chatgpt. This is just basic practice. Same goes for updates or changes, tools with teams of 1 do this.
