Q: Every time I enter a prompt in mixture ai, I get thrown out into a new empty tab and my prompt input disappears
Hi, I have tried mixture ai multiple times with very short prompts and very long prompts and each time I get a new blank tab open in my Chrome browser and the original tab has no content in it, either in the prompt or in the model windows.
Mixture ai was the primary reason that I bought chatplayground.
I looked on YouTube and your instructional videos are like going on a rollercoaster and Wurlitzer simultaneously. Clearly you are extremely bright, but some of us need step by step instructions.
Where can we get documentation and comprehensive guides please?
Clearly I am doing something wrong. I can send a screen recording of mixture ai blowing up each time, but where do I send it to, there doesn't appear to be any help functionality?
I'm really looking forward to getting this working and productive.

Thank you, that worked.
A second matter is that I have discovered that mixture ai doesn’t retain a chat history.
I spent half an hour loading content and ended up navigating to another part of the tool.
When I returned, everything had gone and no history…
Erfan advised me to retain copies of all of my prompts in future (to be able to reconstruct) and that he would recommend a history log.
