I wrote a brief in the chat box, hit enter and the brief disappeared and I was redirected to monthly subscriptions. I bought a lifetime license. Where can I find that brief?

So who fixes this issue. It is so frustrating that every month or so I have to try and sign back in and now I've lost the brief.
Well logging in every month or so is common between any application

but we are not like other services were we provide our own service
we are always dependent to ai models apis
and they cost a lot
therefor if we just continue this path we should shutdown everything
I'm not following, you're saying lifetime means something else. And please understand I have many of these. Merlin, Harpa, 1Min AI, wordhero blah blah blah. Yours is the only one that always catches me unwares it not ready to function until I hit enter. And now your telling me you should close down??
when we launch lifetime program in appsumo we assumed that pricing will be much lower as we progress through the ai models. but they just get increased instead.
also note that other programs you mentioned has 10 times more user than us, currently most of our users are appsumo and from now on its like we offer them free services cause we had spent all we earn from appsumo campaign on ai model bills
So how come I don't get the warnings and why doesn't your app open in another mode when it's not functional? Business like you, use app summo to get underway. They then sell via subscription down the road when they have ironed out their bug and got it ready for proper deployment. As they build their subscriptions they are able to fund the early uptakers like me. I have lifetime licenses for many apps, Divi, Formidable, Oxygen, Brizy, etc. Some of these still offer lifetime subscriptions. But I haven't had one like this that just continues to make it difficult in the hope I'll stop using your service.

You can email appsumo and request a refund if you like
You know as well as I do, they only allow a set period to claim a refund.
