Issue with 'Magic Link'

Greetings,

Disclaimer: I have not used this product, because even after buying Tier 3 they were unable to send their 'Magic Link' to my email. So cannot comment on the product. So am going for a refund.

The problem is the Magic Link. Other than the Security concern highlighted elsewhere, the other problem with "Magic Link" is that it does not work everytime.

While somebody commented that Notion and Medium use similar methods, Notion / Medium of the likes also have a whole lot of support systems which will gear up in case it doesnt work for you. And they have other options like Social Media Logins too.

I asked them to even connect to their email provider in case they can help, I asked them that I am willing to help, I also created reports of their email server related errors, I sent them details of my mail server that there are no issues and its working fine, etc. etc. I am willing to be patient and be with them as I have been with all startups as they are juggling too many things.

In this case, I am writing a 'not-so-great" review just after this comment as they are not willing to help! Their email doesnt reach me as their email environment is not configured properly. So what do we do ? They simply said, we use a particular email service and if it doesnt reach you we cant do anything. In other words.... well lets not be articulate here.

Hope this helps others to decide.

Once again, this is not a review of the product as I couldnt use it to give out any views.
