I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with a product purchased through your platform and to request a full refund.
I purchased a lifetime deal for ChatPlayground under the clear promise and terms of lifetime access.
However, the app is no longer usable under the conditions agreed upon. It is now demanding additional payments and monthly subscriptions to access the features that were originally included in the lifetime license. When attempting to use the application, I am blocked and redirected to a payment page.
As AppSumo guarantees lifetime licenses for the deals sold on its platform, charging additional recurring fees directly violates the terms under which this product was sold. Since the service is no longer being provided as advertised, I kindly request a full refund for this purchase.
