I'm writing here because they don't respond to emails, after the update, practically nothing works, only Google's AI, everything else doesn't work and the PRO AIs are not enabled for use.

Can you share a screenshot what exact issue you are facing?
I just tested here. Except the Claude 3 Opus I found no issue at all.
I am happy to understand your issue since it was a huge change that contains lots of frontend and backend changes.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
I will check email. If not replied yet, our shifting just started an hour back.
Would love you to help just need little cooperation.

Well, now I see the issues. Ok just allow me sometime... Since it was a massive change at one go, chat models permission got messed up.. we will fix all issues one by one throughout the next few days. Thanks a lot for your patience. Hope you will support us after we fix all the issues.

It was due to permission issue on using web search and fetch link operation in Chatbot. Should work fine now. More enhancement will come over time.

I think your tech team should be having screenshare meeting with some users to get everything they need to solve the problem ASAP.
