Q: No support?!
Bought a plan with "Premium support".
Tried my first transcription - something in Danish.
Selected Danish as language....
... System tried transcripting it in German.
Created a support ticket.
No response in 6 days.
Is this "Premium support"??
If i don't hear anthing I will request a refund in a couple of days (and hey... Maybe I'll leave a review as well....)
