Q: What has happened to ChatScribe?

Has ChatScribe closed down? I purchased a tier-3 account. AppSumo has not responded to my email about this. I was an AppSumo Plus member of AppSumo for several years, but gave up on it recently because of disillusionment. This is another example of why I stopped subscribing. Why hasn't AppSumo contacted customers about this?
