- I haven't been able to reach the website for three days. It was a good app, when it was available. This happens too often. I can't even write a review for it now. So, is it gone for good this time?
- When I upload a file that is more than 2 hours long, it remains in "transcribing" mode which can last for several days... without ever finishing.
