Not a Good Experience - 2 Tacos because I could login, but it ended there!
I stacked three purchases because I thought this was going to be the transcription software. I was looking for. My first interview was approximately an hour long and I used a free service initially to transcribe it. I gave the same interview to Chatscribe pro two days ago, and the software says that it is still trying to transcribe my audio. the free service I used completed the transcription in about 5 1/2 minutes. Also, I tried to use the "talk to a PDF" function in the software told me I needed to be able to have my JavaScript open be able to accept cookies. Both of those settings were already set to the proper settings and the software couldn't do anything about it, so I couldn't use that function either. I sent a support ticket on Thursday night and Friday morning and haven't heard anything back. I understand it's the weekend however, if your software is going to be showcased on Appsumo, you should at least look out for service tickets that tell you your software isn't working. Usually support is excellent with the vendors for Appsumo, not this time. I'll be refunding the entire purchase. I don't like leaving negative reviews however, this wasted a lot of my time.

May 12, 2024Thanks for your review. Just to let you know, we had issues in our server for an hour that went unnoticed. We got many complain at that time. Hope if you do like our software in future you will change your mind for positive rating.
