1 -Yes it will. Every message using the What's App Business account will be displayed in the chat console inbox.

No, sorry about this one. We're creating and managing your What'sApp Business Account.
2 - How you will keep the Whatsapp credits sustainable as they have recurring costs?
We're in the process of pushing down those costs.
At the moment, if you use 1,000 WA extra messages on top of your page, it will cost you USD10, which is already a "manageable" budget. But thanks to our work, the unit cost issue we have is going to ease soon enough.
3 - Can I set sub-accounts to not have Whatsapp enabled? (So the widget button can send directly to the whatsapp web app/mobile app)?
Sorry this won't work since every customer that needs What's App set up will get a new What's App Business account. But maybe we can work on this one.
4 - Will Instagram inbox be available in the future?
We already offer Instagram comments. As soon as Facebook allows it, we'll be able to add Instagram DM, and inbox.

About 1.1, it was not clear. the messages I sent from my iPhone Whatsapp Business will be counted as Chayall messages even if I send them from my iPhone?
Hi @tayshiro, every message that uses the What's App Business API and the attached phone number will be counted as one mesage and be dispayed in your chat console inbox.

I already use Whatsapp Business to get in touch with clients. So having to change this number would really affect my business as I'd have to have 2 numbers.

The migration process is a little tricky.. So far, we can't make it easily...
We are adding a functionality so that we can use one of your phone number, but not with an existing WhatsApp Business API connection.
