Q: I know that you are using WhatsApp Business Official API.
Does it mean that we can extract the WhatsApp name of every incoming guest and then store it into CRM like google sheet?

We don't get the nam but the phone number.
But yes, we cant extract it and push it (and the conversation) into your CRM.
