Thank you for the question!

We looked at Jivochat which seems to be a great solution, but we don't see the integration of all the instant messaging we propose. In ChayAll solution, we integrate by API many instant messaging platforms (Apple Business Chat, WhatsApp, Google Business Message, Messenger etc...) and you can manage all of them directly from our solution.

On your other point, we have in our roadmap the following features you mention sms and email. We can explore the phone and eventually add it to ChayAll.

Will the further updates like sms and email be available to the app sumo subscribers to your LTD . I am planning to join tier 2.

Thank you very for your question!
We are working hard to release it as soon as possible!
But we might face some pricing issues since we will be charged with SMS and calls. So we will probably include it in the deal, but there might be an extra variable cost for sending SMS and phone calls!
