Yeah I share Jgdieguez's surprise that there were not lots of reviews here considering how good my trial experience has been.
Honestly, I usually don't usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after reading a couple of completely unfair ones earlier. Also I thought 1000 messages for 10 bucks was fine, given these costs are based on the volume pricing that Facebook/whatsapp charges them. All other chat messengers are UNLIMITED and the deal terms are very generous considering the tremendous value this multichannel communications provides you out of the box.
I want to see LINE integration because line app is very popular here in Asia! Looking forward to their wechat and Instagram integrations. At first I was looking to purchase Tier 2 for their Chatbot builder but was impressed with how easy it was to setup and use so I stacked for Tier 4 and will likely purchase additional sub-accounts in the future.
The only thing really missing from this deal to make it perfect is the ability to assign discussions to other team members, as some have suggested in the comments section, this is a very important function and I hope to see this rolled out to their Essential Plans in the future. That said, I am happy to see other PRO features such as the Chatbot builder is included in this LTD. I passed on many other chat LTD because they were not fully white label or the team behind them were not very flexible. With Chayall I am able to change the widget logo and I really appreciate the ability to request deactivation of the "powered by Chayall" mention in the chat window for higher tier purchases like mine (Thanks Yan, Xavier and Aaron!). Lastly, customer support on email and live chat (their website) has been responsive and helpful.
TLDR: I highly recommend you get this amazing deal before its gone, Chayall has a great roadmap and are leading in this multichannel chat space. For those reading these reviews after the deal is over, I also think their yearly plans are good for anyone wanting to chat with clients on multiple channels. Thanks!

We'll have to add LINE integration as soon as we can, and about the admin/agents assignments features, I'm going to take a look at what's missing for this very important feature to work properly.
I confess I'm surprised at the low number of reviews left for Chayall. In my opinion, it is, by far, the best option for small businesses that need to use WhatsApp, as it simplifies and democratizes access to the WhatApp Business API, with a generous messaging quota and the ability to pay $0.01 for additional messages. Anyone who has tried to access via Twilllio and through other services offered here knows the work it takes and the cost of operating WhatsApp, which reaches U$2,000/year in some cases. In addition, it offers the possibility of operating other accounts, a great option for those who have more than one project, business or for those who have clients. I'm still starting to use it, but so far I've liked everything: interface, support, roadmap... I want to leave my record and thank Chayall and Appsumo for the excellent opportunity.

The product might become a good one in the future but I would skip it with the current functionality.
If you want to “invest” into a chat solution then you might consider to take it. If you want to start using this straight away then I suggest you to skip it. Especially if you are planning to use it for clients.
I like the idea of the product, but it is not ready yet.
The sub account process is buggy, and it is not functioning properly for all the channels.
I spent nearly 3 weeks to get things sorted but it still does not work.
Things I do not like.
No triggered messages such as if user visits page x second time show him this message.
Quite ugly bot builder
Buggy subaccount process
Customer support is helpful but there is lots of back-and-forth messages
Low limit on file transfers.
A channel (officially) can support multimedia messages but Chayall does not support those. For instance a visitor can send a video using Whatsapp or Apple Business chat but this won’t be visible in Chayall.
All communication (from a specific channel) is logged in the same window. I prefer that users can initiate new chat sessions based on different topics. (For instance I have a chat request about account setup then I will create another request for billing. This is quite common and can be found in Intercom , Gist etc)

While you're right that we just released new features which still have room for improvement, I need to tell you that unfortunately the activation period can be quite long not because of the fact that we are a new service, but because it can take a lot of time and steps to activate such third-party accounts as What's App or Apple Business Chat.
This is useless if you run your business contacts via your private FB page. The only thing it connects to is a business FB page. As a business leader in my industry, people want to connect with me directly, not with my business. 99% of my FB friends are business connections. 99.9% of business enquiries I get via FB are via my personal page and not via my business page.
Nowehere on their website or any of their documentation is this limitation noted. you have to buy it and login and start setting up before you see this.
None of the documentation explains that this does not work on private FB pages. I am not sure if there is a roadmap to include personal FB pages, if so, my review would go up to 5 tacos.

And Facebook wouldn't allow the use by third parties like ChayAll of their members' private accounts/profiles as easily. So there is a good reason for this, and unfortunately I can...

Perfect for Small Businesses (who need WhatsApp)
