Chayall is an AMAZING Chat Platform!!!
Yeah I share Jgdieguez's surprise that there were not lots of reviews here considering how good my trial experience has been.
Honestly, I usually don't usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after reading a couple of completely unfair ones earlier. Also I thought 1000 messages for 10 bucks was fine, given these costs are based on the volume pricing that Facebook/whatsapp charges them. All other chat messengers are UNLIMITED and the deal terms are very generous considering the tremendous value this multichannel communications provides you out of the box.
I want to see LINE integration because line app is very popular here in Asia! Looking forward to their wechat and Instagram integrations. At first I was looking to purchase Tier 2 for their Chatbot builder but was impressed with how easy it was to setup and use so I stacked for Tier 4 and will likely purchase additional sub-accounts in the future.
The only thing really missing from this deal to make it perfect is the ability to assign discussions to other team members, as some have suggested in the comments section, this is a very important function and I hope to see this rolled out to their Essential Plans in the future. That said, I am happy to see other PRO features such as the Chatbot builder is included in this LTD. I passed on many other chat LTD because they were not fully white label or the team behind them were not very flexible. With Chayall I am able to change the widget logo and I really appreciate the ability to request deactivation of the "powered by Chayall" mention in the chat window for higher tier purchases like mine (Thanks Yan, Xavier and Aaron!). Lastly, customer support on email and live chat (their website) has been responsive and helpful.
TLDR: I highly recommend you get this amazing deal before its gone, Chayall has a great roadmap and are leading in this multichannel chat space. For those reading these reviews after the deal is over, I also think their yearly plans are good for anyone wanting to chat with clients on multiple channels. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your comments, thanks to you and other Sumo-lings we're able to make progress as well and address specific needs, which improves the platform.
We'll have to add LINE integration as soon as we can, and about the admin/agents assignments features, I'm going to take a look at what's missing for this very important feature to work properly.
