Tony

This looks exactly like what I wanted after reading "The Checklist Manifesto". I haven't found a solution like that and was already planning to develop it myself. I'd say a good start. Please stay on it and smooth the rough edges. Especially finetuning the UI, and maybe a mobile app? The 5 stars are for where I see this product in the next months ;)

refreshing.

I like it!

I've been in the dotcom industry since the mid-90s. Rarely do people complain about a lack of customization in their comprehensive CRM/project management systems. In fact, more customization often results in more challenges, increasing the risk of system failure.

Here's why:

The Bloat Issue: Enthusiastic project managers and directors keep adding plugins, features, and options. Soon, the software becomes sluggish, reminiscent of the old dial-up days. Despite investing in a pricey speed-enhancing plugin, the system remains slow, and costs skyrocket. Every added customization plugin has its price.

The Search for the Perfect System: The quest for the ideal CRM/project management system begins, hoping it aligns with company values and boosts overall synergy. After months of consultations, the chosen tool is introduced. However, a bug in the onboarding email crashes the entire system. (True story).

The Customization Paradox: Most recognize the pitfalls of excessive customization, except those in managerial roles. They're hardworking and committed, but they often view these systems as aspirational rather than practical. They aim for perfection, causing the system to expand, become complex, and eventually, adoption wanes.

Please don’t add more customization. Keep your unique approach. As I understand it the generative AI creates the plan and communicates the plan in the form of todo lists. The todo lists are understood by all and the most efficient path to a unified execution.

This is amazing. But these four areas need work:

#1 - AI excels at creating processes. To harness its full potential, let AI do its thing–you need to find a way to communicate this adjustment.

#2 - Altering AI-generated processes to satisfy minor issues can lead to makeshift solutions. Such changes might not consider the broader company impact. Resist the temptation to add customizations and you retail your unique selling proposition.

#3 - Minor glitches should often be overlooked. Perhaps introduce a 'dim' feature to hide irrelevant items, which also helps the AI learn by providing them a negative signal.

#4 - Issues like the one mentioned by a previous commenter shouldn't occur. Your extensive checklists are commendable. The AI's training reflects the evident research and experience.

Your Priority 2: Equip the AI to discern reliable & trustworthy data. All AI systems need initial guidance. With proper training, they can discern trustworthy sources without stalling.

Your Priority 1: Invest in R&D to find the best way for the AI to fully comprehend the client's goals, to continually measure real-time performance against that goal, and to recognize and identify early success signals.

If you can do this, your AI will be solid and command authority. The authority needed to write a plan and have team rally around and execute
With a defined end goal and assessment tools, your service will soon be invaluable.

I don't understand... What have I bought...?

I have played around with the tool for about 2 hours now, and am quite disappointed, to be honest. It can create checklists (fine, but many other tools can do that, and ChatGPT does a similar or much better job at it), and then you can show these checklists to others, and they can tick off items... (again, not sure what is special about that - many other tools can do this).

Also, there is no way to move checklist items around. Once created, the order/sequence is set. You can only delete or edit. At a minimum I would have expected that I could reorganize checklists. But they are static.

I also thoughts it could build workflows, with branching, et cetera. But no. None of that to be found.

I hope the tool will dramatically improve soon. If not, I will have to refund (which would be my first refund ever, I think, on AppSumo)... Pity, as I had high hopes for the tool --- it even dares to compare it with "Process Street" (alternative for), which is absolutely not an accurate comparison.

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

We understand that our current setup may not fully align with your expectations, especially in areas like checklist reorganization and outcomes from AI. We're actively iterating based on feedback like yours.

Regarding the comparison with "Process Street," our goal isn't to replicate other platforms but to offer an...
