1 - Does the inbox receive messages from all channels (WhatsApp, SMS and E-mail) or is there an inbox for each channel? : Only whatsapp inbox is supported, for email you can add a reply to mirror and for SMS most countries dont allow 2 way comms.
2 - Is it possible to connect an AI agent to respond to messages on WhatsApp, as with Chatbase, for example? https://appsumo.com/products/chatbase : Chatbase can connect with Cheerio via pabbly
3 - Can I launch campaigns on WhatsApp? What is the message limit per campaign? - Yes you can . Limit will increase as you send medium or high quality campaigns and if your business is verified it can reach upto 10000 per day within a week. Within a month it can go to 100,000 per day.
4 - I don't understand what "email credits per month" means. Is it the number of emails I can send per month? Yes
5 - Can I end a conversation in the inbox or assign it to another agent? - yes
6 - Can I send and receive audios and PDF files in my WhatsApp inbox? - Video, Image , PDF, xls, doc etc but audio is not supported by meta
7 - Is it possible to receive DM messages from Instagram? Yes but this feature is currently in beta and not yet available for general release
