I had started to test the platform on a weekend so the support was not available. Which is very understandable. They reach out to me on the weekday and they helped me set up the workflow and I tested one automation successfully. They addressed other queries also. There are with multiple steps to get to one outcome. But I created the support tickets and they responded and my support tickets. that's the most important thing for me that there are people who responded and fixed my immidiate requirements. and they are looking into making things better. For now I have set up the workflow. and I will be testing out over the month. let's see how it works.

super disappointed. The workflows don't work. You can't actually save something. If you set up email automation workflow it is giving Whatsapp errors. The webhook workflows are not there. they're just like UI button. but there is no real functionality of the webhook. neither the incoming webhook nor outgoing webhook. The campaigns are not working. I will update my review if they ever respond to any of my four different support tickets that I have created and if the issues are resolved.
