Hi,
1- can we later change/re-assign shopify store if we need to?
2- Does it support human takeover?
3- How does it index shopify's articles?
4- Does it support other languages than English?
5- Will it suggest also based on size/colors/attributes for example?
6- How does the android/IOS app works?
7-Would you consider adding a extra code that can increase the chat per months? Limits could be fine but having such option would be indeed better!

3. After getting your authorization, we will obtain information such as your store's products and orders from the Shopify interface. We will also obtain all page and article information through your store's url.

Thanks, everything seems amazing, but 300 chats is a very low plan. Bear in mind that Vanchat has bigger limits and actions are pretty similar (different price tier too)
