Since the digital links to pay do not look good, very basic looking

A: You can already edit any information on an invoice. If you are interested in improving the cosmetics we are not currently working on that but can certainly add it to the list. Thank you for the feedback.
Q: Will this work with Cash accounting and single entry, or does it only work with double entry with the option of Cash reports?

A: Hello yes, Cheqbook is by default a Cash accounting software. Deposits and expenses are recorded as the hit your respective institutions. Most accounting software is always double entry, but "hides" the other side. For example you make a single entry in the check register for say rent, and you think you only entered it as rent, but it's also in the check register.
