Unfortunately, product feels unfinished and unrefined
It's supposed to replace Quickbooks and Freshbooks, but the UI is outdated. Reminiscent of a Geocities or Angelfire website.
I also had issues connecting my bank account. It connected at first, but then it disconnected within fifteen minutes. I tried again the next day. I haven't experienced this with Quickbooks or Freshbooks. Now, it's stuck on loading for the past hour.
Overall, it feels like an unfinished product. The UI is difficult to understand, and connection issues. I purchased this based on the good reviews and not wanting to pay for a subscription for bookkeeping, but this isn't worth it.

The fundamentals of expense tracking and financial reports hasn't changed in decades so we like to keep our product consistent and easy to use. We have been in business for 10 years and have had customers using the product for that long happily. We are certainly not a robust solution for all businesses, but we focus on the needs of most small businesses.
Anything different can be difficult to understand. If you decide to try us out again please let me know and I would be happy to go over the product with you which can make it possible to balance years of books in a single day with our powerful automation.
I am sorry about your bank connection issues. That can happen. We can certainly help with those. I know in your case our that when our support team responded to help 1 business day later you had already had the weekend to explore and decided to cancel.
