118.3 min, I finish uploading quickly but the icon keeps spinning, I suppose cutting the clips automatically takes a long time, because 30 min have passed and it doesn't finish. any solution?

I have the same problem and my video is less than 10MB. I wrote to AppSumo support. They transferred my ticket to Chopcast support and no news yet. It's been from AppSumo support to Chopcast support 3 days in total. Still waiting for an answer.

P.S: By the sounds of it a 10MB video doesn't seem like a long video. For context, chopcast currently only understands conversation-driven videos like webinars, podcasts, event recordings, fireside chats (which tend to be 15-20mins+) and so on. It won’t understand music videos, family videos, and other unstructured recordings.
