Chopcast is not yet designed to be used via phone, but the platform is some-what mobile responsive, so you might be able to get away with unofficially uploading videos from your phone. However, as mentioned, it's not an official feature we're provided as of yet. Maybe it will change in the future! Thanks for understanding :)
