Will my one purchase be something I can install on all? Or must I purchase one code per laptop/pc?

I use 3 different Google accounts. Will the one code installation work across all accounts?

I followed the instructions and installed the extension. However, I am unclear where to enter the AppSumo redemption code. When I open the extensions list, I don't see the option. Please help further and perhaps provide screenshots. Thank you.
