If you use many Chrome tabs it is a no-brainer. Helps to keep your number of tabs under control. Removes distractions by putting tabs to sleep until later when you will have time to process them or maybe it is just something interesting you want to read at a later date, prevents it cluttering up your tabs, and then you get reminded at the date and time or interval you select. Super handy.
