1- LinkedIn doesn't support PDF uploads via it's API. It is on our bucket list, waiting for LinkedIn's own development. However, this AppSumo deal includes all pro features, with the exception of platform-specific posts.
2- Yes, you can schedule Twitter threads as you schedule Twitter Posts. However, this AppSumo deal includes all pro features, with the exception of platform-specific posts.
