CircleBloom OK - Twitter is not included in Tier 1.

Reporting and analytics would be a great feature.

Personally, I was looking for a solution that let me create and schedule simple posts for the social media platforms I actively use (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Points that made me choose Circleboom:

- It supports the platforms in question (plus several others).
- There is no monthly posting limit. You can only have 300 posts scheduled and queued at a time, but for my personal needs, this is more than enough.
- It has a Canva integration. So that one was HUGE for me. I create almost all of my social media content with Canva, and being able to pull my designs right into Circleboom is a gamechanger. (Before, I downloaded them onto my computer, unpacked a zip, then uploaded them to my scheduling tool. Perfectly doable, yes, but saving a few clicks and steps is always nice.)
- Also, Circleboom claims to be GDPR-compliant.

So in regard to what I wanted, Circleboom does deliver. The interface is easy to navigate, I’ve posted to Instagram and Pinterest without issue.

However ... as others have stated:
The copy promoting this deal is indeed somewhat vague and misleading so be very careful when purchasing.
YOU DON’T GET THE EXACT PRO PLAN FEATURES STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE.

This deal includes the “basic posting features”. This means you can create and schedule a generic post (basically an image and text) and choose a platform. When posting to Instagram, you can also schedule a carousel post, which is nice.

What you don’t get are the “advanced posting features” allowing you to create a post somewhat more specific to the chosen platform. The problem is that it’s not easy to figure out what exactly is meant by that, so:
For Instagram, advanced posting features allow you to schedule reels or image grids,
for Twitter it’s threads,
for LinkedIn polls.

You don’t get any of that with this deal.

Also, you don’t get to schedule your first Instagram comment and you can’t tag people in a scheduled post. You do get a calendar view, but you can’t edit your scheduling by just dragging planned posts around. (Actually, this is disappointing because it is featured so prominently in the description of the deal.)

I haven’t tried connecting a RSS feed by now, and the article curation seems somewhat disappointing (I’ve checked listing my interests in three languages and more often than not, they don’t even exist as an option, even in English; it’s confusing that you can choose “fantasy-hockey” but not just “fantasy”.) However, those are just nice extras to me, so it's fine.

So: Nice tool that does exactly what I need, BUT the fact that the creators aren’t clearer about what you actually get with the deal leaves a bad taste. I knew what was included before purchasing but mainly because I read through all the reviews and questions here, rather than just rely on the creators' description and website.

I swear to god, the First Comment option better not be considered some "Advanced Posting Option" that's not included in these plans. I checked the Pro plan on the CircleBoom site which is the BASIC plan on their site, and it includes the First Comment option.

I hope that's not the case or you're pissing off a lot of first-time users of your software with a lack of clarity of what's included and what's not. You need a clear chart on this site like there is on the main site.

Great tool scheduling posts and all, but misleading description.

You guys should have just included the "advance posting features" with a 4th tier plan.

I'm sure it would work better for both parties... Circleboom and its Appsumo users.

At least, more users would be interested in grabbing the Tier 4 plan to get access to the advance posting features.

Everytime I tried to schedule a post it asking me to upgrade the account a monthly plan. No customer support or livechat service behind this platform.
I was able to schedule post in the past but never got executed automatically.
