I’ve tried out a ton of directories and Citadela works better than most. It is a little harder to customize than I would like but is a functional directory.

The suppose website is a little outdated and loads slow. But the information on how the website works is in there, you just have to dig.

I initially brought it as a good solution for a directory site but, after playing around I ran into a lot of issues. Support was slow to reply and they have outdated documentation that doesn't work! For example, you can't have a proper solution for adding a listing. If you add custom fields to your listing, it can't be added to a form. I contacted them multiple times without any luck! Worst, their website was down for weeks and only after I contacted AppSumo support it was back online. I don't recommend it as it is not a viable solution for the long run seeing how it went for the last couple of weeks.

Very nice theme, with different flavors depending on your needs. I love the fact that I can use it in unlimited websites. It is very customizable and easy to edit. Comes with it's own special block you can easily add to your pages.
You're not only buying a theme, but a group of modules, including a Directory Listing, and Citadela Pro which includes some useful extensions.

Theme look great so far. I don't test it out yet.

It's time to write a few words of review on this product which I've been using for over a month now and I've had quite a lot of experience from every possible angle.
Two aspects of this offering need to be delineated namely scrypt and support.
The script in terms of clarity and transparency is not exactly easy to use. you need to have a lot of patience and persistence and it is worth it, you have to be honest very aesthetically everything arranged but there is one big BUT -Support but we will come back to this because it is necessary.
All the elements are perfectly segmented and extraordinarily well put together, it works on Guttenberg and is very good. It works on Guttenberg and is very good. The aesthetics of the workmanship are very high, but it is impossible to style everything to its full potential, and here again we come up against Support.
SUPPORT is the most unacceptable element for me, even though they are very cultured, nice and write back fairly quickly, with one rule almost always: "If you can't find our code, ask another support service!
you ask how to do it and if you get a help video or an article - NoMa and they are not responsible for it!
No willingness to help of any kind just dry cold messages-Not Our-We don't know-Find another plugin.
The conclusion is one, the scrypt is super great working on the phone trouble free but one Big Problem is Support.
It's a pity that you don't care so much about good relations and help afterwards and pointing out solutions to possible training material.
And don't forget I asked you for Fonts and how to replace them the answer - link to the Fonts page and deal with it yourself even though it's your scrypt Not someone else's!
Dear Sumoling draw your own conclusions from the description and it is very much based on my hard work with Citadel and Support.

Worth a scrypt to be successful, only sometimes the owners themselves kill the project.
With sadness I give 4 because it deserves 5 but we know why.....
