Potential
This product has a lot of potentials. Combine that with the generous limits, it could be a great purchase in the long run. There is one critical issue that I see, which is the lack of support videos. They do have nice documentation, however, it's a little confusing relying on just reading for a product that is visual. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but it's not well known of a product yet that I can simply outsource someone to set this up and manage it, thus I'm stuck at square one not really using it.
The power of the product is incredible and it has a lot of amazing use cases and flexibility. If the team can put on their marketing hat and quickly make tutorial walkthrough videos or even an hour webinar showcasing how to use the product to edit, how things work etc, I could see this product exploding and tons of happy users. Until then, I think it's one hanging on potential.

We've put all the time into development, design and documentation. Many helpful documentation tutorials on our website are always up to date. https://www.ait-themes.club/citadela-documentation/
If we add a new feature, this feature instantly goes into our documentation page. Updates are unfortunately not possible to do with videos. I agree that a step-by-step video guide will be beneficial.
The best thing about Citadela product is that it uses WordPress Gutenberg editor and WooCommerce. Users do not need to learn anything else. Gutenberg is currently the standard when it comes to editing WordPress websites. There are countless tutorials on the web regarding the editor. Citadela theme, Pro and Listing are built on top of that.
