Q: Hello, I'm just trying to understand a couple of things about this deal!
1) You mention no web searching - does that mean that we have to specify which media outlets we want to monitor for certain keywords?
2) A few people have asked about Awario. If I understand correctly they are more based on social media monitoring and replying and you do some of this e.g. you monitor TW, IG, YouTube, etc., but do not have a unified inbox from which you can reply. Are there any other differences?
3) Could you explain a bit about how your influencer database is different from others'?
Thank you!

Hi there!
1) Nope, it means that the sources we search will be limited to online news and social sites but if a keyword appears on a website (for example an About Us section), we will likely miss it.
2) That's correct. We are more focused on online news outlets. I believe a couple of people have also mentioned that the journalist feature is unique.
3) Our influencer database is really a journalist database. We focus on finding authors that are publishing content to online news sites. This means that we are limited in which influencers we have that only publish to social media.
Hope that helps!
Ok, great! So basically you are NinjaOutreach + Awario combined, for journalists instead of social - is that a good way of describing it?
Thanks again!
