features are dropping away from functional now. not getting any real responses from support. about 3 in 10 videos upload to clapboard. no, it's not my internet connection..
TL;DR it's just too painful to want to use..

Hi,
We are introducing retry upload and offline download to resolve this issue.
I've only used it briefly so far -- to record a single video to upload to my YouTube channel -- but it works great and I'm super happy with my purchase! Looking forward to making some more videos on this platform. Even if there are some initial bugs, this company seems like they're 100% dedicated to improvements and continuing to build an awesome product.
The screen share + camera mode does not work and the camera record quality is very bad with dropped frames, sync issues, frozen images. This is not yet ready to use. Needed this, but it is not functional. Maybe it will get better. Considering a refund or waiting to see if they get any better. Great idea, poor performance.

I bought this product back in March and after a day I wanted to request a refund. However, I decided against it and tried to test it out a little more.
Nothing I did worked and I contacted customer service and they weren't sure of the issue but told me to reinstall and try again.
I did and I was able to record a test video. However, recently I recorded a video for my site and everything seemed to work perfectly. Unfortunately, that was the only video.
I cannot record any other video but my activity log keeps recording that I've done it. Only the videos are nowhere on my account.
I wanted to enjoy this program and I was excited that I'd have the opportunity to create videos for my audience, but this hasn't worked well from the start of purchase.
I'm giving it a taco because I was able to create one video and the ability to brand the recorder was a nice feature. However, the process of recording a video shouldn't be this difficult.

Hey, I am very dissapointed and, yeah, in a perfect world I would get a refund (but it is longer than 60 days..)
Product does not work for me. I tried to record a video, it did say "recording starts" - but then fails to upload etc.
