I use Loom on regular basis and this SaaS could be better, several metrics and tools that would be really great for me, and for many people.

I had a bad experience for a single problem:

I'm not sure about the cause, but more than one time the app was recording and I was not able to save the video. I tried everything, I was able to pause the video, write on the screen with the Clipboard tools, but there was no way to finish and save the video (the green button didn't work).

I had recently finished "recording" a video call with a client, and I offer recorded sessions to them as part of my product and now I lost it.

I thought that maybe was a one time error, and the next call I used Clapboard again (this time with another tool recording as backup), and the same thing happened with Clapboard, the green button did nothing and the video was lost.

Both times I contacted support and they told me that they will look into it, and after several days they said that it is no possible to retrieve the video.

Maybe it works for a 5 minute video, but it had several problems with long videos of more than 30 or 40 minutes for me.

So for my first time I'm asking for a refund because this toll (sometimes) does not do the most basic thing it is supposed to: Record.

Hope they fix this in the future, I thin they will, wish them the best, but now I need something working properly so I'm out.
