I wanted to like it...
I bought this product back in March and after a day I wanted to request a refund. However, I decided against it and tried to test it out a little more.
Nothing I did worked and I contacted customer service and they weren't sure of the issue but told me to reinstall and try again.
I did and I was able to record a test video. However, recently I recorded a video for my site and everything seemed to work perfectly. Unfortunately, that was the only video.
I cannot record any other video but my activity log keeps recording that I've done it. Only the videos are nowhere on my account.
I wanted to enjoy this program and I was excited that I'd have the opportunity to create videos for my audience, but this hasn't worked well from the start of purchase.
I'm giving it a taco because I was able to create one video and the ability to brand the recorder was a nice feature. However, the process of recording a video shouldn't be this difficult.

We're sorry for for the inconvenience caused to you and this is surely not the kind of experience we wish you to have. We've introduced offline recording this week itself and the "retry upload" option will also be available shortly to resolve this concern.
