Clapboard is very much like Dubb, which is why I bought this in the first place. I can see this impressing my clients for the initial onboarding phase of projects, amongst other uses. Some improvements/opportunities below:

* Video page needs to improve and allow us to have more flexible layout options. Take some pointers from Dubb and also make it your own. The good news is, your support is way better than Dubb, so you already have an advantage ...

* 1080p is a must

* Integration with Moosend

* I see this being much more than what it is designed to do. Integrations are key for this type of tool. I can see it being used in Nusii or some other proposal tool whereby I send a client a personal video along with my proposal (inside the proposal itself) or better yet.. maybe Clapboard might build its own use case along these lines in the future.

* I understand video uploading is costly for your servers, however, even allowing sumolings a 5 video upload limit every month would be great.

* I'm worried about how you are going to bring in MRR. I was thinking it would be useful for you and your team to focus on a marketing video course or YouTube channel dedicated to video tips, etc.

So far, all I can think of for now.
