Q: Hello Support Team, I purchased Tier 3 of your software.
I submitted questions on June 3, 2024 to understand how to best use your software in my business. My questions have still not been answered. However, questions prior to my questions and after my questions have been answered. I'm not sure why my questions were ignored or disregarded, despite them being helpful to four other Sumo-lings. This is disappointing, to say the least.
